An architect’s story of building his town on a tropical island is the gameplay of Tropic Paradise Sim: Town Buil. You are welcome to this beautiful islands game. There are different islands to explore in the Tropic Paradise Sim: Town Buil game named Home Sweet Home, White Wonders, Mediterraneus, Paradise Beach, Farming Frenzy, Barren Beaches, Organic Oasis, Fun Forest, Luxury Leisure, and so on. Initially, all these islands are locked, and only Home Sweet Home can be available for playing. You can select any open island you like to build your town buildings on Tropic Paradise.
Your first task is to build a prosperous city and start it by making a house so that people can have shelter in that room to live in your town. Charming Chateaus, Cozy Cubbyholes, Modest Homestead, Upscale Bungalow, Idyllic Cottage, and various kinds of houses will unlock at each level. They can be bought with gold or cash you have earned. To build the House, select and drag it to an empty space, then click on the green tick symbol to fix the House. But buildings need to be built beside roads so that everything is accessible to the citizens of your city. To build roads, select the Roads icon; it contains three types of routes: Road, Walkway, and Canal; then tap on grids to build them, and you can create your design and choice of directions.
To create jobs and make money in your city, you can build Commercial buildings like Seaview Resort, Beauty Salon, Bakery, Office center, Jetski, Bank, Underwater Restaurant, etc. Along with the cash earned from your town buildings, you can also receive an extra amount for completing each level and challenge. Gain more money to buy more buildings and become tycoon king in the Topical Paradise. If you need to be aware of what is necessary for your city, you can consult your Advisor by clicking on the Advisor icon at the bottom of your screen. You can also expand your city with more space to build various buildings for profit, but everything needs money to invest, so earning money is your goal.
